We offer returns and refund for countries in the European Economic Area (European Union and EFTA countries). If you for any reason regret purchasing our products and wish to make a return, you must notify us of this within 14 days from when you recieved the item(s). We offer refund for the value of the goods. Shipping will not be refunded, and you must also pay the return shipping. Only products that have not been used will be refunded.
We do not offer refunds and returns for the rest of the world. However, if the product you recieve is damaged, or if we have sent you the wrong product, we will of course let you return it for refund, exhange or repair. We guarantee that we will fulfill your order as it is entered in our system. If you are unsure about purchasing our products, please examine the product pictures. We strive to take good pictures, to help you make the right decision.
For purses and t-shirts we recomend a mild program on your washing machine, with maximum teperature at 30 degree celcius, or handwash. Wash with similar colors. Tumble dryer is not recommended. Iron with low temperature can be used. T-shirts must be turned
inside out when washed, to avoid wearing on the print.
For the mittens you must use a special detergent, and a program on your washing machine, intended for wool. Do not use tumle dryer. If you need to iron the mittens, use a cloth between the mittens and the iron. Low temperature is recommended.
Earrings must never be washed in washing machine nor tuble dried.
All of our product pictures are taken with a Canon EOS 350D, and edited to look as true to the real thing as possible. Unfortually different computer monitors might show colors quite differently. Because of this we cannot guarantee that the color you see, is exatly the same as the real products. The color will however at worst only be off some gradations.
Privacy and SecurityUnder no circumstances will Kanarifant ever give out your information. All credid card payments are processed with Paypal, which ensures that your information is protected and available only to you. We receive notification of your payment, but never any financial records. If you sign up for our mailing list, we will never sell, distribute or use your information for any purposes other than to let you know about updates or things related to Kanarifant.
